01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the 36ph website, mobile application, or any associated service (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) ticking an acceptance checkbox during account registration; (b) making a deposit or placing a wager on the Platform; or (c) continuing to access the Platform after being notified of a material change to these Terms. If you are uncertain about any provision, you are encouraged to contact 36ph support before proceeding.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, registered affiliate partners, and any other persons accessing or using any portion of the 36ph service offering.

02Eligibility

Access to 36ph and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only use the Platform if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing participation in casino-style online gaming activities. 36ph enforces this requirement rigorously through KYC verification and reserves the right to close any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits access to and use of online gaming services.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or contractor of 36ph or any affiliated entity, and you are not an immediate family member of such a person residing in the same household.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction or territory that has been specifically restricted by 36ph or by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or been subject to an involuntary exclusion from 36ph or any other affiliated gaming platform.

36ph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of the relevant account pending further review.

03Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 36ph, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active 36ph account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 36ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify 36ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• No account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

36ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

04Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and applicable online gaming regulations, 36ph is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit the following documentation:

• A copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document, such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID).
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of the payment method used, such as a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name and mobile number.

36ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, in cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, to freeze account balances pending the outcome of an investigation. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the 36ph Privacy Policy.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 36ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to periodic review by 36ph.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 36ph account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• 36ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Requests from unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending document submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 36ph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts subject to bonus wagering requirements, ongoing investigations, or risk review processes.

06Bonuses & Promotions

36ph may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all such promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering (turnover) requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Circumventing this restriction through the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or other technical means constitutes bonus abuse.
• 36ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time and to disqualify any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse. In cases of suspected abuse, 36ph may withhold both the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Free bet and free spin bonuses have a maximum cashout value specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be automatically removed upon withdrawal.

07Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 36ph Platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming software suppliers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly provide otherwise.

36ph's slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in professional studios, with video feeds subject to independent monitoring.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — 36ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the outcome. If no reliable outcome can be established, the wager placed will be voided and returned to the player's account balance. 36ph's decision in such matters is final.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 36ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other program that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits or game outcomes that would not arise under normal gameplay conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Conducting or facilitating any money laundering activity, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Engaging in charge-backs, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment activity.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a prior suspension or exclusion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 36ph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without 36ph's express authorisation.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the 36ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, and compiled user interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of 36ph or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to any 36ph intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 36ph Platform without the prior written consent of 36ph. Unauthorised use of 36ph's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.

10Privacy & Data

36ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments include: data is used solely for account management, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement; data is not sold to third parties; data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by Philippine law. 11Responsible Gaming

36ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from Account Settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your account for a defined period or permanently. Contact 36ph support to activate a self-exclusion. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for their stated duration.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net financial position.

If you are concerned about your gaming behaviour, 36ph encourages you to use these tools proactively. All real-money gaming on 36ph is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. 36ph does not market its services to minors and has zero tolerance for underage access.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 36ph, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 36ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

36ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 36ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

36ph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, third-party network failures, or any other cause outside 36ph's reasonable control.

13Termination & Suspension

36ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the player's request (account closure).
• In compliance with a regulatory instruction or court order.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of pending bonuses and disputed amounts will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

14Amendments to Terms

36ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 36ph will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact 36ph support to request account closure.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 36ph Platform.

In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
